Please read the following terms carefully before using LM Belly Binding's services. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
LM Belly Binding provides professional postpartum belly binding, pelvic recovery, and related postnatal care services on a home-visit basis across Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Once a booking is confirmed, please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to make future bookings.
3. Health Declaration
Clients must honestly disclose any health conditions, allergies, or contraindications. We reserve the right to decline or adjust services after assessment to ensure client safety.
4. Fees & Payment
All fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars and are payable before or on the day of service. We accept FPS, bank transfer, and cash. Fee changes will be communicated in advance.
5. Service Results
Our services are based on traditional and modern postnatal care knowledge; however, individual results vary depending on body type, lifestyle, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific treatment outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, trademarks, and design — is the intellectual property of LM Belly Binding and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
7. Personal Data
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong courts.
10. Amendments
